Recoverie began with a simple practice: returning to the bath during seasons when recovery—physical and emotional—was needed most.
Founded by Jennifer Gregory, Recoverie grew from a belief that recovery doesn't have to be complicated or earned. Sometimes, it begins by creating a place to land.
